Gecko Hospitality is looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position.

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hospitality department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and control hospitality department budgets and expenses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
