How It Works

Your tasks will include taking photographs, restocking products, and rolling out promotional sales initiatives.

Our Brand Agents are the backbone of MyBrandForce, functioning within retail environments to gather real-time data and execute various field services that enable brands to realize their full potential. Utilizing our custom app, Brand Agents capture observational data, conduct surveys, and submit their findings to our Command Center to fulfill their assigned missions. A typical Level 1 Mission usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes to finish at the store and pays between $10-$25 based on the mission specifics. As your mission level rises, so does your responsibility and compensation! Plus, you have the liberty to claim missions at your convenience during store hours. With no ties to a specific location, you can operate as a Brand Agent from anywhere and be ready to tackle missions that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the designated mission location and find the client's or brand's products included in your mission.
• Document the product's location within the retail environment and record its placement type.
• Capture before and after photographs of products requiring reorganization or merchandising.
• Complete and upload your mission details to our Command Center.
• Tasks may vary based on your specific mission requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable smartphone with a functional camera.
• Access to dependable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Capability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with mobile internet browsers.
• A positive, approachable demeanor when interacting with strangers.
