Compensation

Starting Salary: $865/week
Experienced Salary: $1,195/week
Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $62,000/year

Your Responsibilities

Driver & Dispatch Support

• Provide essential updates to drivers regarding instructions, addresses, and appointment times.
• Track estimated times of arrival (ETAs), delays, breakdowns, and hours of service (HOS) compliance.
• Assist drivers in addressing road issues swiftly and professionally.

Load Coordination

• Confirm pickup and delivery appointment schedules.
• Monitor loads and deliver real-time updates to brokers and shippers.
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proof of Delivery (PODs), and ensure the accuracy of freight documentation to mitigate wrong-load incidents.

Effective Time Management

• Estimate realistic load and unload times.
• Avoid overscheduling and ensure appropriate time frames between appointments.

Documentation Management

• Upload all necessary paperwork into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Track potential detention, layover, and Truck Order Not Used (TONU) opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and organized load notes.

Customer & Broker Relations

• Conduct check calls and provide timely status updates.
• Notify brokers of any changes or delays promptly.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with shippers and brokers.
