Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Control access at building entry points by verifying identification and/or access credentials, issuing visitor passes, managing sign-in logs, and directing guests to appropriate destinations; Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and report irregular activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to property management and Allied Universal supervision; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events, and coordinate with on-site personnel and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and assist with policy compliance, with working environments and conditions varying by location
