About the Role

The Senior Demand Planner plays a vital role in aligning demand planning with our organizational objectives. This position is focused on improving forecast accuracy, managing demand roll-ups across channels, and facilitating clear communication during critical exceptions. Utilizing advanced analytics and fostering collaboration, you will provide valuable insights and support data-driven decisions, all while ensuring our supply chain remains agile and capable of sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Encourage collaboration and team growth while aligning with our organizational and team goals.
• Maintain and continually improve planning system parameters to meet regional and organizational objectives.
• Lead demand roll-ups across channels, using advanced analytics to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Communicate critical exceptions effectively, offering strategic insights and solutions to mitigate risks.
• Deliver timely updates and detailed analysis to cross-functional partners, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for decision-making.
• Develop and implement innovative demand planning strategies to stay responsive to market shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, marketing, or a comparable role.
• Preferred experience in the apparel or footwear industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and conveying complex ideas to senior leaders.

Workplace Location

• Location: This role requires commuting to our Baltimore office.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid work model, with an expectation of 4 days in the office each week.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $78,766.00 - $98,457.50 USD. New hires typically start within this range, with opportunities for advancement based on skills, experience, and performance.
