Are you ready to lead the next wave of innovation in Generative AI? We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to guide our post-training model research and development initiatives. As the science lead in this arena, you will play a pivotal role in advancing methodologies that enhance model performance through human feedback. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of scientists dedicated to exploring novel code generation techniques across popular programming languages, streamlining documentation, unit testing, optimizing existing code, and simplifying user interactions with database systems through natural language interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Dive deep into innovative code generation methodologies, including code-to-code conversions (Java, SQL, Python, etc.), doc-to-code, and other cutting-edge approaches.

• Model Development: Architect, develop, and refine state-of-the-art code generation models, adhering to the highest quality benchmarks.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of scientists and engineers to drive success.

• Collaboration: Work synergistically with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate code generation capabilities across various applications and products.

• Innovation: Identify and explore new opportunities in image generation and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

• Stay Updated: Keep a close watch on industry trends and advancements in code generation to inform your strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning, alongside 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Masters/Bachelor's in a related field with 8+ years of experience.

• Strong publication record as a lead author or reviewer in top-tier journals or conferences.

• Extensive experience in image generation, computer vision, and deep learning methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in leading research and development projects.

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:

Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 annually. Eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral options may apply.
