About the Role
This role is designed for licensed psychiatrists who want to cultivate or expand their private practices. About You
As a fully licensed psychiatrist, you possess a valid DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, NPI number, and malpractice insurance. You are enthusiastic about starting or expanding your private practice while maintaining control over your schedule, client volume, and workplace. We accept MD and DO licenses based on state regulations.

Important Notes:
This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor. You will have complete autonomy in managing your practice, including determining your working hours and caseload. Currently, Headway cannot support mental health professionals without full licensure.
