The Opportunity
Kyndryl Consult is at the forefront of our expanding business, playing a crucial role in the company's strategic growth. As a leader, you will guide diverse teams through intricate consulting projects and drive the development of strategic initiatives within Kyndryl's most prestigious accounts, engaging with C-suite executives to transform complex business and IT solutions that resonate across entire ecosystems.
As a Consult Partner, your focus will be on facilitating profitable growth and establishing robust client relationships while leading your team to achieve success. This position requires a strong presence, industry acumen, and the capability to cultivate lasting relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing talent and sparking innovation within the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass overall client engagement by delivering high-quality work in collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will thrive in an environment that might involve pre- and post-deal engagements, planning post-deal implementations, and supporting execution. You will focus on financial impact, utilization rates, client satisfaction, and leadership development.
Driving Profitable Growth:
Achieve notable financial results through new signings and revenue targets.
Maintain consistent growth and profitability while managing margin expectations and backlog expansion.
Assist in identifying and converting business development opportunities.
Manage scope and fee negotiations for engagements while ensuring profitability and risk containment.
Client Engagement:
Foster and sustain deep relationships with client CXOs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Lead high-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, ensuring insightful deliverables and engagement outcomes.
Demonstrate credibility and expertise to effectively manage complex consulting engagements.
Enhance client satisfaction through metrics such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and secure positive client references.
Operational Excellence:
Meet individual and team utilization targets effectively.
Design and oversee complex engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation among teams.
Strategic Contribution:
Utilize your industry and technology insights to shape and propel the company's strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in client engagement and relationship management with CXO-level executives.
Proven ability to establish and commercialize relationships with senior leaders.
Track record of successfully leading complex projects with interdisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sectors.
Strong financial acumen, with experience driving revenue and managing margins.
Experience managing high-value business development initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and technology impacts.
Established personal brand and professional presence in the industry.
Proven ability to innovate and implement change effectively.
Compensation Details:
The pay range for this position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills, and experience. For related part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, different pay ranges apply for specific locations:
This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus plan, based on performance and terms of Kyndryl's applicable policies. Employees will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, disability, retirement benefits, and paid time off. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
