Your primary responsibility will be to help these employees navigate their benefits options, ensuring they are well-informed about the offerings available to them.
In this role, you'll schedule appointments and provide personalized follow-up to members interested in delving deeper into their benefits. You'll work closely with individuals, delivering one-on-one assistance to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of their benefits.
