Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Supply-Demand Planner! In this role, you'll work closely with sales teams, business units, and suppliers to create impactful product forecasts, develop effective inventory strategies, and surmount supply-demand challenges that significantly influence revenue, customer delivery, and margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently craft precise product forecasts and devise innovative inventory strategies for designated products.
  • Guide cross-functional supply chain teams to resolve issues related to excess inventory and supply shortages that impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve forecast accuracy through strategic analysis and creative solutions.
  • Assess future supply chain revenue potential to inform senior leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate supply allocations as needed to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Present business results and planning recommendations to cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of novel planning processes and systems.
  • Mentor junior planners, guiding them in their activities.
  • Provide support to senior planners and management teams with various tasks as required.
  • Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration with various business lines and Oracle suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in supply/demand planning, preferably in a complex, multi-site, or global environment.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics, including hands-on experience with statistical software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel; proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to scrutinize complex business challenges and provide actionable solutions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Professional certifications, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $79,100 to $158,200, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
