Supports ASB's communications plan through internal and external messaging to ensure effective communication and build brand reputation. Major Job Accountabilities. Develops clear, consistent and relevant content for a variety of communication channels, including: company intranet, bank-wide emails, digital newsletters, press releases, videos, digital signage, social media, etc. Partners cross-functionally to elevate teammate experience through effective communication initiatives tied to teammate feedback and engagement priorities. Organizes and executes events and activities that support ASB's vision and culture and enhance employee engagement and collaboration. Provides communications support to boost ASB's Community Impact initiatives and programs.
