Ensures superior customer experiences for commercial clients and supports the Commercial Banking Officers related to the sales function. Opens and maintains commercial client deposit accounts. Major Job Accountabilities. Ensures superior customer experiences for commercial clients:Receives inquires, performs research, resolves issues, and responds to clients, Commercial Banking Officers, and other branch or department personnel. Participates in new and existing customer calls to ensure accurate set-up. Establishes and maintains close working relationships with business units, back-office operations, and payment processing areas to promote continuous improvement in products, services, and processes. Monitors customer feedback and service. Participates in customer account planning and review. Keeps current with all commercial banking products and services to enable informed client advice and identifies cross sale opportunities.
