Job Details:

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift or move items weighing over 100 pounds.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Frequent use of hands for various tasks.
• Occasional crouching, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• Visual acuity required for safety.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide documentation for product deliveries and pickups.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo safely.
• Drive a truck transporting cargo weighing over 3 tons.
• Obtain signatures from clients upon product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with product setup and old product removal.
• Communicate with routing personnel for instructions on deliveries.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and routes.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs as per regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment.
• Complete all required training modules timely.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Professional communication with all contacts.
• Adhere to company policies and appearance standards.
• Report concerns to leadership for operational efficiency.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Ensure safe product transfers between locations.
• Help store personnel with material movement.
• Support company initiatives and tasks as assigned.
• Engage in educational opportunities for skill enhancement.
• Suggest improvements for team and company processes.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience:

• 1+ years of related experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate task execution.
• Time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with navigation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Satisfactory driving record required upon hire.
• Valid Driver's License required upon hire.
• Valid and updated Medical Certificate required upon hire.

Compensation:

Competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the company's discretion.
