Physical Demands

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare, receive, and manage documentation for delivery or pickup to ensure prompt service
• Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently
• Operate a truck transporting cargo to specified locations (over 3 tons)
• Gather client/customer signatures upon product delivery
• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring safe setup and removal of products
• Maintain communication with routing personnel for delivery instructions
• Follow designated driving routes and schedules
• Keep logs of travel and cargo as required by regulations
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain routine vehicle upkeep
• Complete all necessary training and certifications on time
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Follow company policies regarding appearance and brand representation
• Report any operational concerns to leadership to enhance efficiency

Non-Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse duties as needed
• Ensure safe and timely transfers of products
• Support store staff with product movement
• Participate in company initiatives and tasks assigned by supervisors
• Enhance your job knowledge through educational opportunities
• Share ideas for improvement within the team and company

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• 1+ years of related experience preferred

Skills

• Strong communication abilities
• Thoroughness and accuracy in task completion
• Efficient time management for timely deliveries

Knowledge

• Familiarity with navigation systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Satisfactory driving record (required upon hire)
• Valid Driver's License (required upon hire)
• Current and valid Medical Certificate (required upon hire)

Compensation: Competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Eligible positions may include additional bonus opportunities at the company's discretion.
