Assists Manager in the smooth functioning of the department; interacts with customers to assure proper supplies and equipment are obtained and delivered. o Monitors computer systems to assure proper functioning and orders are placed. - Maintains accurate and predetermined levels of inventory in assigned area. o Processes and maintains accurate records for receipts and supplies through the Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) as assigned. - Serves as a liaison between Supply Chain and customers for product and equipment usage and availability. o Investigates and resolves service problems, issues and concerns; strives for continuous quality improvement of products and services provided by department.
