Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disruptive behavior, trespassing, and/or hazards reported by staff.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor flow in assigned areas, offering directions and assistance while helping to maintain orderly entry and exit consistent with site protocols.; Complete required reports and documentation for patrol observations, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
