Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies; Greet, screen, and process employees, contractors, and visitors, including confirming identification, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining visitor logs; Monitor security-related systems and communications such as cameras, alarms, phones, radios, and email, and route concerns to the appropriate contacts; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities per post orders and client instructions; Complete detailed reports and documentation for incidents, access issues, and unusual activity, and coordinate with on-site staff and/or external responders as needed
