We're seeking an ambitious General Dentist to join us in a well-established, beautiful dental practice in Honolulu, HI. This is a rare opportunity to put your personal stamp on every aspect of the practice - clinical protocols, philosophy of care and shaping a team culture around respect and leadership - with full support from an experienced ownership and management team.

Honolulu Dental Care is a well-established dental practice in the small community of Aiea, HI. We are a solo provider office! It is a beautiful place with 5 operatories, strong team members who are hungry to provide quality dentistry to their patients. The opportunities are limitless!

Position Overview

We are ideally looking for an EXPERIENCED dentist who is motivated, clinically excellent and willing to learn, and looking for a long-term home with partnership potential. We provide comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry in a very welcoming fashion. The patients are loyal and a lot of growing demand.

Pay & Benefits:

• Up to 37% of production
• $25,000 Relocation & Sign on Bonus Available for Full Time!

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-7pm OR 8am-6pm
• Every other Saturday 8am-5pm

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Hawaii state dental license
• Solid clinical foundation in all aspects general dentistry
• Experience in pediatric, endodontic or surgical procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
• Collaborative approach to teamwork and clinical excellence
