Pay Range: $91,000 - 123,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the organization's information systems, including networks, servers, helpdesk operations, and hardware and software administration. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of all infrastructure components to support business operations.
The IT Infrastructure Manager leads and develops a team of network and server administrators, and helpdesk technicians while overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.
This position researches, evaluates, and recommends technology solutions to executive leadership and oversees the successful implementation of approved initiatives. The IT Infrastructure Manager also serves as a key advisor to executive leaders, providing strategic guidance on IT matters to align technology investments with organizational goals and business strategy.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; counseling employees, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Direct reports to include: Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Desktop Technician, and Help Desk Technicians.
Education/Training and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience and professional certifications.
Six years of IT experience in Systems/Networking, 3 to 5 years of IT Management Experience, Food Service Industry or warehouse experience preferred.
Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, and other related certifications preferred.
