Communications Manager

Develop, implement and oversee internal and external communication strategies to promote ASB's brand and reputation.

Create, implement and monitor internal and external communication plans that align with ASB's vision, mission and culture.

Develop high-quality content and materials for various communication channels and audiences, including employee communications, multimedia projects, website copy, press releases and social media.

Work cross-functionally to align communication efforts with business objectives, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all channels.

Partner with Human Resources and Organizational Development teams to elevate teammate experience through effective communication initiatives tied to teammate feedback and engagement priorities.

Organize and execute events and activities that support ASB's goals and enhance employee engagement and collaboration.

Establish and track key communications KPIs to evaluate effectiveness, optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI across channels and campaigns.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in Internal and External Communications or Public Relations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.

Knowledge of brand management, media relations and community relations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) suite.

Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with social media strategy, content planning and digital engagement metrics.

Resourceful, self-starter with critical thinking skills.

Graphic design and digital media experience are a plus.
