Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Prepare cold food items for restaurants, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets based on standardized recipes.; Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to restaurant opening to ensure prompt service.; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.; Proficiency in cooking techniques: charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sauté, braising, roasting, and par-cooking.; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, follow health regulations, and support other kitchen positions as needed.
