Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Prepare all cold food items based on standardized recipes for restaurants, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets.; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and work areas; follow health regulations.; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.; Be able to support any position in the kitchen that is in need of help.; Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to restaurant opening to ensure prompt service.
