Key Responsibilities for Service Associates:

  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and managing payments at the cash register.
  • Ensure cleanliness and a great atmosphere in the store.
  • Adhere to Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
  • Efficiently navigate a fast-paced kitchen environment, performing various roles at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets in a positive, fun atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and supportive team orientation.
  • Previous operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education required.
  • Food Handler certification might be necessary based on local regulations, which will be at your expense.

Work Environment:

Please note that while performing duties, counter areas can be hot due to steam from food and kitchen equipment. Employees are generally expected to stand for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs, as well as reach across counters to serve customers. The kitchen environment is fast-paced with high noise levels, and effective communication skills are essential to handle changing priorities and customer interactions.
