Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, curbside areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or credentials as required, and directing individuals according to site procedures.; Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and observed maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
