Job Location: Kaimuki Compensation: $23-26/hour Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time Work Schedule: (F/T)Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, (P/T) Monday-Friday 12noon-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Support:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Process resident requests, such as maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate resident records and contact information.
Distribute packages and mail to residents.
Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other resident communications.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other building staff to address resident needs.
Maintain effective communication with the management team.
Assist with the coordination of building events and activities.
Maintain the community website, and update any needed information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Customer service oriented.
