A company is looking for an MCO Contracting Specialist to manage and negotiate Managed Care agreements remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and support new and existing Managed Care agreements, including strategy development and contract managementServe as a liaison between the organization and payers for contract negotiations and operational issuesMonitor contract performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract implementation and complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience2-5 years of experience in contract negotiations and contract modelingStrong data analytics skills, including advanced proficiency in ExcelWorking knowledge of credentialing and revenue cycle operations related to Managed CareExperience with infertility contracting is preferred
