Job Title: Customer Service Representation

Location: Honolulu

Pay: $24/Hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 3pm

Overview: This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role in a shop-style environment. The position involves heavy inbound phone volume, frequent cash register transactions, and daily walk-in customers. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable multitasking, adapting to frequent changes, and working effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer phone calls
• Assist walk-in customer in a busy shop setting
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers
• Take orders, create delivery tickets for Warehouse processing
• Processing of AP/AR

• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office technology
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail highly desired
• Prior experience handling cash and register operations highly preferred
• Background in Turf and Horticulture is preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3+ years related experience and/or training
• Valid Driver's License and be willing and able to travel as required
