- Shifts available: Monday - Friday - Provider will work 40 hours weekly. Combination of 8's, 10's, 12's. 7:00a - 3:30p; 7:00a - 5:30p; 7:00a - 7:30p
- Types of Cases: General, Orthopedics, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, Regional Blocks Optional
- Supervision or independent: CRNA's must be comfortable operating independently
