The LineUp at Wai Kai is seeking attentive, service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team at one of West O?ahu's premier waterfront destinations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests, take pride in polished service, and thrive in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

Servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting smooth service across our outlets.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service to all guests
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive, welcoming presence on the floor
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Accurately take guest orders, enter them into the POS system, and communicate effectively with the kitchen
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Close out checks accurately and follow all cash handling and credit card procedures
• Set, reset, and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, including descriptions, plating, and garnish standards
• Follow section assignments, table numbers, and seating arrangements
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of all front-of-house areas, including tables, floors, and service stations
• Engage positively with guests and team members to support a collaborative work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Honolulu Liquor Commission Card (Bartender's Card)
• Valid ServSafe Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service flow

Physical Requirements & Schedule

• Ability and willingness to work extended hours as required
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning
