Edible Arrangements in Honolulu is looking for part-time and full-time employees that are customer service oriented, friendly and reliable. We will train you to make our breathtaking arrangements, make chocolate dipped fruits, and take orders over the phone and in person to give a WOW experience to all of our customers. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

The perfect candidate must be willing to learn all aspects of the store which include taking orders, cutting fruit, stocking shelves, cleaning store, designing our beautiful fruit bouquets, dipping chocolate and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of fruit arrangements and other products.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Support inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
