Blackstone Consulting, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with contract requirements.; Serve customers with correct portions and menu item mixes.; Clean dining hall areas (tables, counters, windowsills), sweep and mop floors, with bi-weekly floor waxing.; Prepare and handle food tasks: wash/peel/cut vegetables and fruits; prepare simple salads; garnish cakes and pies; prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.; Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils per contract requirements and clean kitchen equipment daily.
