Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a government transportation location by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and security-related protocols, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site representatives and public agency partners as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards and unusual conditions; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document unusual activity according to post orders; Prepare timely, accurate reports of daily activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to supervision and/or appropriate authorities
