Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or local authorities as directed; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization when required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit flow; Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
