Leading law firm has an immediate need for a Senior Litigation Attorney, Partner or Counsel level. You will be part of a national team servicing a major corporate client with many of their litigation matters. Option to work fully remote or hybrid in their San Francisco office.

Ideal candidate will have 10-25+ years of litigation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas desired: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Coverage, Habitability, Public Entity, Transportation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation.

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• Trial experience desired
• Excellent written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
• Manage a team and supervise/mentor associates

Base salary up to 280k+ (DOE) + Bonuses and Comprehensive Benefits Package + Remote or Hybrid
