FT/PT: Mon-Fr (8:30am-4pm) w/rotating Saturdays (9a-2)

Pay: $20-$25/hr plus commission

A locally owned family operated flooring business is seeking a customer focused and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist. As Flooring Sales Specialist, you will help customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or business while delivering exceptional service.

Job Duties:

Welcome and engage with Customer in-person, over the phone or via email

Generate estimates, process orders, and handle transactions accurately

Coordinate with installers and track project progress to ensure smooth delivery

Maintain a clean, organized showroom with up-to-date displays

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

2-5 years experience in home remodel retail/sales
