What You'll Do

• Operate commercial fryers to cook taro and other products
• Follow production recipes and cooking standards
• Maintain consistent quality for each batch
• Support daily production goals in a high-volume environment
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Work with the production team to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable working with fryers, hot oil, and high-volume cooking
• Strong attention to timing, consistency, and food quality
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to work a Monday-Saturday schedule
