Four Seasons - Lana Lane - Responsibilities: Supports the Servers in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness; Ensure all outgoing dishes are accurately prepared and meet guest requests, including dietary restrictions and preferences; Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials; Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences; Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
