Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, post orders, and other security-related policies at a government aviation location.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, curbside areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious conditions.; Monitor points of entry, restricted areas, and controlled doors; check identification and/or credentials when required; and report access issues according to site procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, crowd direction, and coordination with local law enforcement and/or emergency partners.; Complete required reports and logs, document observed conditions and incidents, and communicate timely updates to site leadership using approved communication channels.
