Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and guests in a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, stock areas, entry points, and exterior areas as assigned; Monitor for unusual activity, potential theft, and/or policy violations, and help to deter disruptive behavior through visible presence and professional engagement; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store leadership and/or local responders when required; Complete timely incident documentation and communicate observations, hazards, and/or service issues to the appropriate personnel
