Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter, as permitted by post orders; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft indicators, and help to deter incidents through high-visibility presence and professional engagement; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely coordination with store management and/or local law enforcement as needed; Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and oncoming officers
