We're hiring Remote Client Account Representatives to meet virtually with individuals and families who are already part of our network. There is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach. Instead, you'll focus on having thoughtful conversations with people who are seeking guidance on benefit options designed to protect their families.
Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide
• Listen carefully to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Provide clear, easy-to-understand explanations of available coverage options
• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care
• Offer follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
• Participate in team meetings, skills development sessions, and ongoing training
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strengthen overall client service
