Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join one of the largest telecommunications providers. This person will guide and influence the strategic direction of our clients enterprise ServiceNow platform. This leader will serve as the primary architectural authority, partnering closely with our system integrator while ensuring that the client business objectives, licensing strategy, and platform roadmap are clearly defined and accurately executed. The ideal candidate brings deep technical mastery across the ServiceNow ecosystem, holds the ServiceNow Architect certification, and can confidently drive conversations around implementation best practices, licensing models, and module adoption-including CMDB, SPM, and ITSM.

Hourly pay rate range $67/hr-$72/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including design, configuration, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required.
- Proven ability to lead complex ServiceNow programs and guide system integrators.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow licensing structures and optimization.
