A Brief Overview

We are seeking a dependable Case Picker to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay:$19.00
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 0-2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $31.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
