Kaiser Permanente - - Responsibilities: Greets patients, members and health care personnel and initiates service transactions using proper forms.; Refers inquiries or issues regarding patient care to the pharmacist.; Enters data into computer for profiles, labels, admissions, transfers, discharges, and medication lists.; Processes Physician Medication Orders; receives, fills as written; initiates clarification as needed.; Prepares unit-dose medications and, as trained, performs sterile compounding/repackaging and delivers chemotherapy and other hazardous medications according to policy.
