Ross Stores - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior; Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service; Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Communicate effectively with store leadership and loss prevention leadership; Support loss prevention initiatives and minimize operational shortage
