Target - - Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.; Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.; Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed.; Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.; Understand and show guests how to use the features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering features.
