Starting pay for Warehouse Associate positions is $24.50 per hour, with a range of $24.50 to $27.50 per hour. Additionally, you can earn a shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour during specified shifts. Show us your ability to commit, and you may increase your pay with tenure!

• Work diligently and efficiently to manage freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Keep your workspace neat, clean, and organized for optimal productivity.

• Arrive on time and fulfill your assigned tasks with accuracy and punctuality.

• Engage in problem-solving to foster continuous improvement within our operations.

• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally during your shift.

• Capable of pushing utility carts weighing up to 60 lbs. and using equipment such as hand trucks to move items.

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shifts.

• Willingness to work at heights of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine (when applicable).

• Possess strong mathematical skills for counting, addition, and subtraction.

• Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.

• Comfortable operating computer systems or handheld devices following training.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must be able to safely operate all powered equipment (including Pallet Riders, Scissor Lifts, and Forklifts) and work at heights of up to 40 ft. as required.

• Fluency in English, with the ability to understand, speak, and read to follow safety protocols and instructions.

Food Distribution Center Only:

• Willing to work in various temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
