About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the transition to an AI-driven go-to-market operating model for Sales and Customer Success. The focus is on streamlining execution by enhancing the customer journey—covering pipeline generation, deal execution, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Your mission is to address workflow challenges faced by teams, translating them into actionable improvements through AI agents, automation, and seamless data integration.

You will design and implement solutions using tools like Relevance AI, Momentum, Clay, and LLM tooling. Moreover, you will shape the GTM AI strategy by delivering impactful solutions, establishing high standards for quality and operational excellence, and fostering reusable practices that scale across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI Implementation: Facilitate AI intake, clarify business challenges, define requirements and success metrics, prioritize projects, and oversee initiatives from conception to release and iteration.
  • Develop AI Workflows: Analyze current processes, identify pain points, design future workflows, and implement reliable automation solutions for daily operations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, Business Technology, Data Science, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on requirements, data governance, and measurable results.
  • Ensure Compliance: Integrate guardrails around permissioning, auditability, and compliance from the outset.
  • Drive Rollout: Lead deployment initiatives with effective enablement resources (training materials, communications), collect feedback, and iteratively enhance workflows post-launch.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct QA, manage workflow versions, and maintain thorough documentation and release notes to guarantee safe and repeatable delivery.
  • Measure and Improve: Track user adoption and performance, validate results through collaboration with Ops and Analytics teams, and continually refine workflows based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Customer Success Operations, Business Systems, or related roles that enhance GTM efficiency through processes, systems, and automation.
  • Proven ability to tackle ambiguous GTM issues, quickly identify root causes, and deliver solutions that are embraced by teams.
  • Strong judgment and commitment to follow-through: you highlight trade-offs early and ensure projects progress from ideation to execution to ongoing improvement.
  • Basic technical knowledge that underpins modern GTM automation, including APIs/webhooks, JSON payloads, and SQL for data validation or analysis (BigQuery preferred).
  • Fluency in Salesforce and experience navigating pipeline, lifecycle, and post-sales workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Relevance AI, Momentum, Clay, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesloft, Zoominfo, Clari, D&B, DemandTools, and common Sales and CSG workflows.
  • Experience in building AI workflows with established governance patterns (access control, auditability, feedback mechanisms).
