Allied Universal - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location; Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and/or policy violations, and take appropriate action consistent with post orders while helping to deter unwanted activity; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disturbances, and/or medical or weather-related events; Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, incidents, and observations; communicate timely updates to site leadership, residents, and/or public services as needed
