Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government facility.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documentation, and notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, checkpoints-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate locations or points of contact.; Observe and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and hazards, and support crowd and queue management during peak travel periods as directed by site procedures.
